Asian Square Group Cambodia, Siem Reap, Angkor is a prestigious Catering & Events Management Company that provides quality catering services throughout the Angkor temple complex as well as many other venues around Siem Reap town. Founded in 2012, Asian Square Restaurant & Lounge is located in downtown Siem Reap near the Old Market. Asian Square Restaurant & Lounge is registered with the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Tourism. The restaurant was opened by a group of entrepreneurial Cambodians who are seasoned chefs, hoteliers and restauranteurs. Our team has experience that far surpasses their individual job requirements and has such passion for food and service, that the end result is an experience of food, wine and services that simply exceeds guest expectations.

As our team has extensive experience in food & beverage services we created a new company called: JAYA CATERING & EVENTS MANAGEMENT. This company will cater for outdoor events such as, Gala Dinners at a temple or at a traditional house; lunch at local village with cocktails at sunset; champagne breakfast by the rice fields etc.

All events managers and staff have been carefully selected and trained to ensure that our clients’ needs are met to the full. Three veterans of the regional hospitality industry, Chrek Kimpho, Chef Long Bora and Mut Vanda, founded the Company.

THOMMANON TEMPLE
This is one of the smaller temples, built around the middle of the 12th century and located just outside the Victory Gate of the Angkor Thom complex, just 8 Km from downtown Siem Reap. Thommanon can accommodate up to 120 pax for a group event or function. A Gala Dinner can be arranged at the temple, running from 7:00 PM until 10:30 PM. On arrival, guests will be welcomed with cocktails and the atmospheric sound of drums; they will be led by torchlight and candlelight to the rear of the temple, and then escorted to the dining area at the front of the temple. Drinks and dinner will be served to the accompaniment of traditional music and Apsara dance. All in all this will be a very intimate and memorable experience.

KRAVAN TEMPLE
Dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu, Prasat Kravan is a five-tower temple built around the 9th century located in the Angkor complex about 7 Km from downtown Siem Reap. Prasat Kravan can accommodate up to 280 pax for a group event or function, which can run from 7:00 PM until 10:30 PM. On arrival, guests will be welcomed with cocktails and the atmospheric sound of drummers; they will be led by torch and candlelight to the front of the temple, and then escorted to the dining area at the rear of the temple. Drinks and dinner will be served to the accompaniment of traditional music and Apsara dance.

BANTEY SAMRE
Banteay Samré was built around the middle of the 12th century in the style of the famous Angkor Wat located outside what is called the grand circle of the Angkor temple complex.It is located around 20 Km from downtown Siem Reap and can accommodate groups of up to 150 pax at Gala Dinners which can take place between 7:00 PM and 10:30 PM. On arrival guests will be welcomed by atmospheric drumming and, once inside the temple, will be served cocktails. The guests will then be escorted to the dining area to the East of the temple, where drinks and dinner will be served to the accompaniment of traditional music and Apsara dance.

THE TERRACE OF ELEPHANT
Terrace of the Elephants is an impressive, 2.5 m tall by 300 m long terrace adorned with carved elephants and garudas (a mythical bird; half-man, half eagle) that spans the heart of the ancient city of Angkor Thom. Its former name was the “Royal Terrace”. It was built between the 12th and 13th centuries, located about 7 km from downtown Siem Reap. This temple can accommodate large group events and functions from 200 to 1,000 pax. A Gala Dinner can be arranged to run from from 7:00 PM until 10:30 PM. Guests will be welcomed to the sound of atmospheric drums and with a refreshing cocktail at the entrance to Baphuon Temple. Then they will be led by candlelight and torchlight through this beautiful temple to the dining area in front of the terrace. Drinks and dinner will be served to the accompaniment of traditional music and Apsara dance.

LA RESIDENCE DE KROUS(CONTEMPORARY HOUSE)
Khmer Traditional Gala Dinner

La Résidence de Krous is a contemporary, Cambodian, wooden house and a fine example of Khmer architecture. It is set in beautiful verdant gardens complete with 2 ponds. It is located in Krous Village just 15 minutes away from Siem Reap town centre. It can accommodate groups of up to 250 pax for events and functions. This beautiful Khmer house can host a Gala Dinner from 6:00 PM until 10:30 PM.

ATHAKON HOUSE
Khmer Traditional Gala Dinner

The unique shape of this beautiful house is inspired by classic Khmer architecture, complete with a wonderful tropical garden and a lovey swimming pool. This private house is a wonderful venue for a special event or function. It is located in Chrev Village, about 10 minutes away from Siem Reap town. It can accommodate up to 150 pax for functions and events and can host a Gala Dinner between 6:00 PM and 10:30 PM.
